Microsoft making this controller cross compatible is actually a pretty big deal as there may finally be a level of standardization for PC controllers, if most people being using this controller is makes it far easier on game developers to know what interface gamers are using. worked awesome on PC running 64bit Win7, only tried it so far on Dead Space and Resident Evil 5, but it's as good or better than playing the games on the console.
